Cancellation, Return and Replacement and Self-Pickup Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The following terms and conditions relate to the Cancellation Policy, Return and Replacement Policy, and Self-Pickup Policy:<\/strong><\/h5>\n
1. Order Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><\/h6>\n
i. Orders (or part of orders) cannot be canceled once your payment is confirmed and authorised.<\/strong>\nii. You cannot cancel<\/strong> your order after reading and accepting the terms and conditions online.<\/strong><\/h6>\n
2. Return and Replacement Policy:<\/strong><\/h6>\n
i. All sales transactions are final, and the Department will not offer refunds and\/or money-back guarantees.<\/strong> You are not entitled to a refund for any purchase based on a “change of mind”<\/strong> and\/or under any circumstances.<\/h6>\n
ii. All publication products are non-returnable,<\/strong> once sold, unless there is damage to the product. All returned products must be in their original shipping condition with packaging and accessories. The Department will offer a replacement(s) for damaged product(s)<\/strong>, subject to replacement requests from the buyer submitted via email to doasabah@sabah.gov.my within three (3) working days<\/strong> after receiving the order.<\/h6>\n
iii. All plant products are non-returnable<\/strong>, once sold, and pickup at specific stations unless there is damage to the product(s) while pickup at station. The Department will offer direct replacement(s) for damaged product(s) <\/strong>with a new one(s), if the damage is reported during the pickup process, subject to product availability at the pickup station.<\/h6>\n
iv. Replacement requests must include the order number and evidence indicating the damaged product\/items.<\/h6>\n
v. If the product\/items are not delivered and\/or not claimed from the Department’s courier partner, and the items are returned to the Department, the order will be canceled<\/strong>, and any requests for redelivery will not<\/strong> be entertained.<\/h6>\n
3. Self-Pickup Policy:<\/strong><\/h6>\n
i. Self-pickup is a service where the buyer will come personally or send a representative for order pickup at the designated location.<\/h6>\n
ii. Self-pickup must be done at the location specified by DOA e-Commerce, chosen by the buyer during the purchase process.<\/h6>\n
iii. The self-pickup date will be scheduled and communicated to the buyer within two (2) weeks<\/strong> through email, text message, and phone call.<\/h6>\n
iv. Orders must be picked up within two (2) weeks<\/strong> after the scheduled pickup date.<\/h6>\n
v. The Department offers the option to change\/reschedule the self-pickup date, subject to requests from the buyer submitted via email to doasabah@sabah.gov.my or\/and phone call within three (3) working days<\/strong> after the date is set.<\/h6>\n
vi. If no self-pickup is made within two (2) weeks after the scheduled and notified date, the Department will cancel the order, and any requests for rescheduling will not be entertained.<\/h6>\n

IMPORTANT NOTICE:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
1. The Department reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. The Department advises you to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.<\/h6>\n
